Civilians HELP, Kyiv

The Civilians HELP (CVH) office in Kyiv has been operating in Ukraine since March 2024 and is managed by the Civilians HELP non-profit organization based in Maryland. The Kyiv team supports all Civilians HELP pillar programs. The location in Ukraine is a vital hub of operational connectivity, enabling Civilians HELP to work more efficiently and effectively, thereby maximizing its impact on the Ukrainian people.

Mission

Our mission from CVH’s Kyiv location is to implement the CVH mission in Ukraine – to provide the people of Ukraine with critical support that will enable them to survive in the face of adversity, defend and regain their sovereign territory, and rebuild and thrive well into the future. CVH is committed to maximizing the impact of charitable contributions by providing humanitarian, medical, and psychological assistance to those affected by the war. We also focus on raising awareness and advocating for Ukraine to remain a free, democratic, independent nation.

Civilians HELP Aid Hub: Kyiv

Announcing our New Logistical Hub in Kyiv
Civilians HELP (CVH) is proud to announce the opening of our warehouse and distribution center, Civilians HELP Aid Hub, in Kyiv, Ukraine, on May 1, 2025. This major milestone, managed by CVH’s headquarters in Maryland,  strengthens our operational connectivity and marks a significant leap forward in delivering aid with greater speed, efficiency, and direct oversight.
With our warehouse and in-country logistics team, we can now independently manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of donated supplies from the United States and our European partner hub in Düsseldorf, UkraineHilfe. This enhanced capacity allows us to operate with greater agility and accountability.
Now, with the launch of our facility, Civilians HELP’s Aid Hub in Kyiv will directly manage and streamline all core logistics operations.
This hub represents a bold step forward in our commitment to serve Ukraine with speed, precision, and heart, while creating a sustainable solution for Ukraine’s future.
Thanks to our incredible donors and supporters, this new level of operational control will allow us to work faster, smarter, and more strategically toward our Mission and Vision for a strong, sovereign, and democratic Ukraine.
