Today, a ceremonial awarding of certificates was held for the consultants of the PM+ program who completed a three-month training with Civilians HELP.
The training included a five-day workshop, as well as 13 individual supervisions and 3 group supervisions conducted by trainers.
Problem Management Plus (PM+) is a large-scale psychological intervention in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), designed for psychologists and social workers to work with clients in communities affected by war.
Sixteen consultants successfully completed all stages of the training and received their certificates.
The certificates were awarded by Maryna Baydyuk, President and Executive Director of Civilians HELP, and Larysa Pidverbetska, Regional Coordinator of the Mental Health Program “How Are You?”.
Participants shared their experiences and emphasized that this program is extremely important, especially in the context of war.
Maryna Baydyuk spoke about the work of Civilians HELP, the expansion of training for psychologists and social workers in other regions, and stressed the importance of supporting resilience centers.
This training is a joint project of Civilians HELP, the national mental health program “How Are You?” and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
